All prices are in euros and include Dutch VAT. Payment runs through Shopify's certified checkout: iDEAL, Klarna, major cards, Apple Pay and Shop Pay. Obvious pricing errors do not bind us; if one happens we contact you before anything ships.

The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email. If something is out of stock after you order, we tell you immediately and refund within 14 days.

We ship from Amsterdam. Costs and free-shipping thresholds per country are shown at checkout and on our shipping page. Risk transfers to you on delivery. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, but we chase every late parcel.

For bottles and gear: you can return them within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, unused and in original packaging. Email info@gonnafuel.com and we send instructions; return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty. We refund within 14 days of receiving the return.

For food products (chews, drink mix, shots): EU law exempts sealed foodstuffs from withdrawal once the seal is broken, for health and hygiene reasons. Unopened food in its original seal can be returned within 14 days like any other item.

If something arrives damaged, wrong, or not as described, email info@gonnafuel.com with a photo. We replace or refund, including shipping, no discussion. Your statutory warranty rights under Dutch law are never limited by these terms.

If you pay with Klarna, Klarna's own terms apply to the payment itself. Your contract for the products stays with GONNA B.V.

Our products are food for sports use; check the label if you have allergies or medical conditions, and keep caffeine products away from children. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order, except where Dutch law does not allow that limitation.

Dutch law applies. We would rather fix the problem than argue: email info@gonnafuel.com first. If we cannot work it out, you can use the European Commission's dispute platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or the Dutch courts.
